Once used for barely more than a storage room, we reimagined this little gold mine into a highly desirable light, bright and super functional crash pad, for use as an Airbnb rental. 

 

Maximising space and storage, a compact new kitchen and eating area was created and the space zoned with furniture for comfy living and sleeping spaces. A fresh, new bathroom completed the story to deliver this savvy pint sized investment.
